Luxurious and fairly clean place with excellent co-operating and hospitable staff at the reception desk.

The hotel is reasonably modern and fairly well located in the city centre. The room was comfortable and clean, if a bit dated. The bath was very small for a hotel of this class.

Great hotel, great service and extremely helpfull staff. Was one of the best hotels during my stay in Jordan. Compared to hotels in Europe, the price for quality is better! Especially if you have a nice room in the upper half of the hotel, the view is great.
No bad comments.

Totally really nice stay during a forth-coming vacation. Clean venue and very pleasant employees. Spotlessly clean room with the sunrise view. A wide array of facilities such as: a work desk, a coffee/tea maker, and multi-channel television. Particularly good and amazing location in posh area, short walk to main areas which is minutes of walk or by cab, and the airport.

The best place with quality excellent and personal touch service was the buddah bar. The chef, the waiter, the barman, the dj were all such attentive personnel. simply the best!. The spa was a nice treat, as well the tycoon disco down stairs. the room service and house keeping were attentive, polite and had great responce time, atittude and service in regards to handling guests request. The valet service was prompt and proffessional
The front desks service was the worst ever! upon check in, my partner had to wait 45 minutes without any communication of proceedings, after which when we upgraded from deluxe room to suite, we were hussled daily on phone to pay up for extending our stay. The staff were rude, lacked, communcation skills and were very unkind. With the exception of the Sales Manager who happened to be the only voice of reason.

I researched my overnight stay in Amman well before booking Le Royal. I found the hotel to be just what I had expected from the brilliant reviews I had found on several other websites. I found that the staff and facilities were excellent, just 1 night wasnt enough to fully enjoy everything the hotel had to offer. I booked a 'club' room, with breakfast and internet included in the price. A work colleague stayed in the Holiday Inn, and actually paid more than I did, so the deal that Booked.net managed to get was superb. I have since recommended this hotel to several of my friends and when next passing through Amman I will be staying here!

Very stylish room, free fruits chocolates, excellent service and help
a trainee helped me during checkout which lasted a little, however, I was in a hurry to catch a plane. After all they did very well and I understand the need to train

Hotel staff were very helpful, room was super clean, and hotel facilities were good.
checking took so much time, hotel was busy and they only had 3 people working behind desk, one of which was on the phone for at least 20 minutes. price is over rated, but i'm guessing this is how prices are in Jordan.
